INFO BOARD Bartonville Police Department and L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs), are offering you a convenient, easy-to-use, drug and alcohol test that can be administered in the privacy and convenience of your home. Confidentiality and the child's anonymity are guaranteed. This test is free to parents the first 30 days of school. After that there will be a $5.00 or $15.00 donation for the kit ( less than in stores). These funds will be placed back ino the Bartonville Police Department drug prevention program. L.E.A.D. kits are available by contacting Kathy Ashby, Victim Advocate at the Bartonville Police Department.
