In November of 2007, the Bartonville Police Department will begin the first of five campaigns making up the IMaGE (Integrated Mini Grant Enforcement) state grant process. This process is funded by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). The program hires back off duty police officers to conduct special enforcement related to speed violations and occupant restraint.
